LakeFront Bistro's Head Chef Andrew Peaston is a veteran of the industry with more years experience in fine dining restaurants than he cares to admit to, but years of experience show with the amazing dishes that he is able to consistently serve. The Modern Australian menu that Andrew has created for LakeFront Bistro boasts a French influence and still manages to include some traditional dishes that many people find difficult to find on the Gold Coast. In addition to the menu, there are a number of \"off the menu\" specials that are available from time to time. These special dishes have previously included the likes of the Grand Mariner Souffle, with orange sorbet and brandy snap basket; or the Veal steak with carrot gateau and steamed spinach with a red wine jus.
