The Bellarine Smokehouse produces award winning premium smoked fish. We 'hot smoke' our products using local ti-tree sourced from our local surrounds on the Bellarine. Products include smoked Tasmanian Salmon, NZ Ora King Salmon, Barramundi, wild caught Victorian Eel and award winning Victorian Rainbow Trout. We also have two award winning pates - Salmon and Barramundi.
