Mission Australia Charles Chambers Court (CCC) is a fully accredited aged care facility for adult men and women who are homeless or have a risk of homelessness and socially disadvantaged.It provides personalised, safe, secure accommodation and care for both men and women who are vulnerable, homeless, frail/aged, allowing a high quality and independent lifestyle. It is 100% concessional therefore does not have bond payments. Charles Chambers Court provides a truly comfortable and safe environment for you or your loved ones. Our aim is to provide care in an environment that feels like home. For many of our residents this is their only home and as such we attempt to make the environment as homely and comfortable as possible.
