Millward accommodates 50 high care and 50 low care residents. All of the single rooms have privatre ensuites and a number of rooms have views encompassing the private courtyards and surrounds.

Millward provides a bus fitted with a hydraulic lift ramp which facilitates wheelchair access. This bus is used extensively by Lifestyle Staff to facilitate resident outings.

It is proposed that the existing facility be further developed to incorporate an additional 75 places for future residents.
