The Marion is a 130 bed ‘Ageing in Place' facility, offering the very best in high and low aged care accommodation. This includes 55 beds specifically designated for Dementia care, set in four clusters of secure cottages, each containing their own communal kitchen and living areas which creates a homelike, self sufficient environment. Our highly skilled, professional care team are always on hand to ensure that your every need is catered for.

The Marion is all about lifestyle choices – your lifestyle choices. From the spacious private studio apartments with their own ensuites, through to the community centre, café, BBQ area and landscaped gardens, the Marion offers everything you could want from a residential aged care facility.

The Marion's studio apartments are fully air conditioned with a kitchenette containing a microwave oven, electric kettle and bar fridge as standard inclusions. A select number of adjoining studios are available for couples.

Nearly all apartments have private balconies and all have close proximity to a communal external terrace. Family members, friends and visitors are welcome at all times with plenty of private entertaining areas available.

The Marion's communal recreation rooms feature plasma television screens, comfortable lounges and views overlooking the garden. There is even an onsite hairdressing salon. The Marion is ideally situated in the heart of Leichhardt, Sydney and has easy access to a variety of community amenities, including the Marketplace Shopping Centre and Leichhardt's famous Norton Street cafes and eateries.
