Holy Family Services is fully accredited under the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and is not due for re-accreditation until 2011. We operate a comprehensive continuous improvement/quality activities program and audit everything we do in the provision of professional care services within a safe, friendly, culturally-sensitive setting. Our facility provides 24 hour nursing care, medication management and assistance with all daily activities such as toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility. All meals are prepared in the on site commerical kitchen. The facility also has an on site commercial laundry. Our mission is to provide, in conjunction with our residents and their families, the children and their parents, a quality care service. Our residents services cover: *Full assessment of care needs, *Personalised care plans and programs, *Provision of medications ordered by the residents' personal medical practitioner, *Balanced and nutritious food services with a strong emphasis on Polish cuisine, *Assistance with all activities of daily living.
